Three Swedish health authorities have recently chosen TETRA radio terminals from Sepura as part of their move to the national RAKEL network. All are being supplied through Sepura’s partner, Swedish Radio Service (SRS). In the Skåne region of southern Sweden, the regional health authority has equipped 90 ambulances and 20 hospital centres. Vehicle radios in the ambulances are equipped with a twin control heads, and a handportable radio is provided for each of the two crew members. SRS will also provide interactive training for key personnel at the authority. In second project in the Västra Götaland county of western Sweden, around Gothenburg, the customer is SOS, an organization which provides emergency call management, dispatch and on-board equipment for the 100 or so ambulances in the region. Health gains Largest and latest of the projects covers the Stockholm area, where the county council and its ambulance operator have ordered 400 Sepura radios for some 100 ambulances and seven hospitals. Lars-Magnus Gustafsson, of Sepura, commented: “These health authorities have both recognized the security, data and efficiency improvements that can be gained from the RAKEL network and seen that Sepura offers robust terminals which also offer unrivalled functionality.” (中国集群通信网 | 责任编辑:陈晓亮) |
