Next in a series of great sporting events staged in China – after the spectacular 2008 Olympic Games and the 2010 Asia Games – will be the 26th Universiade, to take place in Shenzhen on August 12–22. Chinese manufacturer Hytera, which is based in Shenzhen, will be supporting the event with its new PT580H 350–400?MHz TETRA handportable radio. More than 1000 of these have already been delivered to the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, mostly to be dispatched to Nanshan Police Station. Both the opening and closing ceremonies will be held in Nanshan District. The new radio, designed to meet the needs of security forces, offers a 3W RF power output, IP57 water resistance, a high-resolution colour display and many other features for different applications, and excellent performance with communication confidentiality. It has undergone a series of stringent durability tests, including MIL-STD-810F and HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test). (中国集群通信网 | 责任编辑:陈晓亮) |
