Sepura has announced the opening of five engineering apprenticeship opportunities within the framework of its 2012 apprenticeship programme. The scheme is designed to develop talent and is run in association with Cambridge Regional College (CRC). It focuses on training apprentice engineers in a variety of roles across different departments. Sepura had its first apprentices in 2013. The involvement and commitment with the apprenticeship programme won Sepura the CRC Engineering Employer of the Year in 2013. CRC recognised Sepura’s support and contribution to the development of the selected apprentices. “Our apprentices have been growing professionally and adding a considerable amount of value to the teams they have joined,” says Karl Forbes, head of product realisation for Sepura. “The success of our Apprenticeship Programme is not only confirmed by their impressive progress, but is also affirmed by Sepura’s growing investment which is enabling a larger intake of future engineers this year. The scheme reinforces Sepura’s commitment and involvement with its local community whilst laying the foundation of a positive legacy for future generations.” (中国集群通信网 | 责任编辑:陈晓亮) |
